An event that was established 52 years ago and that now continues stronger than ever is the Gay pride parade. As we approach the last weekend of that celebration we are suggesting something truly delicious: Bid farewell in true style with the cocktail of Pride Month.

But first, a little history. This movement arose in New York after riots by the residents of Greenwich Village when they saw police throwing customers out of the Stonewall Inn (a gay bar). Clearly, the customers did not give in to the authorities and the people walking along the street threw coins and bottles at the officials faced with such injustice.

In Madrid we are celebrating MADO, Madrid Pride 2021, one of the most famous gay pride events in Europe.
