Try these 5 cocktail recipes with white chocolate

1. María – The Mexican touch

We begin our journey with “María”, a cocktail that will transport you directly to the sunny beaches of Mexico. With 100% blue agave rested Jalisco Tequila, lime juice, mango purée and Sanz white chocolate syrup, this cocktail is an explosion of tropical flavours with a touch of sweetness. The pinch of black pepper and sage leaves add a touch of sophistication. Prepare it by following the steps outlined and enjoy a sensorial journey that will transport you to the Mexican coast.

MARÍA

◽45 ml 100% blue agave rested Jalisco Tequila

◽22.5 ml lime juice

◽22.5 ml @sanzcocktails Purefruit mango purée

◽15 ml @sanzcocktails white chocolate syrup

◽Pinch of black pepper

◽4 sage leaves

◽Decorate with 4 sage leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT:

◽Mix all the ingredients with ice.

◽Double strain into a glass cooled beforehand

 

2. Daiquiri Roca Bruja – Tropical flavour with a Brazilian touch

With a touch of Brazil, here we have the “Daiquiri Roca Bruja”, a cocktail that combines Mulata white rumcachaça Brasilla pineapple purée and Falernum syrup, all enhanced with a dash of cardamom bitter. The touch of dried pineapple in the garnish will make you feel like you were on an idyllic beach. This cocktail is a tropical explosion that deserves to be enjoyed in good company.

DAIQUIRI ROCA BRUJA

▪️45 ml Mulata white rum

▪️15 ml Cachaça Brasilla

▪️30 ml @sanzcocktails 99% pineapple purée

▪️22.5 ml fresh lime juice

▪️15 ml Sanz Falernum syrup

▪️1 dash of cardamom bitter

HOW TO MAKE IT:

▪️Shake all the ingredients with ice

▪️Double strain into a Coupette glass cooled beforehand

▪️Garnish with dried pineapple

 

4. Cacao – Masala – An explosion of spices

If you are looking for something truly unique, try the “Cacao – Masala”. The Jamaican rum infused with Tikka Masala puts a bold twist on this drink. Combined with Cherry Heering, lime juice and syrup, this cocktail is a mix of flavours that will surprise you. Don’t forget the lime peel in the garnish to bring out its citric notes!

CACAO – MASALA

◽45 ml of Jamaican rum infused with Tikka Masala

◽15 ml Cherry Heering

◽30 ml lime juice

◽15 ml Sanz white chocolate syrup

◽2-3 drops of coffee and pecan bitter

HOW TO MAKE IT:

◽ Shake all the ingredients with ice

◽ Double strain into a Coupette glass cooled beforehand

◽Decorate it with lime peel

 

✔️To make the rum infused with Tikka Masala:

◽Add 1 700 ml bottle of Jamaican rum

◽1 teaspoon of Tikka Masala in a sealed jar. Leave it to marinate for 8-12 hrs shaking every 2 hours

◽Strain with a fabric filter and bottle it.

 

4. Peruvian Garden – A trip to Peru

The “Peruvian Garden” will transport you to the heights of the Andes with its base of pisco acholado and Sanz white chocolate syrup. The dash of elderflower syrup and lemon add freshness and balance to this unique drink. Don’t forget the lavender perfume at the end for an even more delightful experience. A cocktail that pays tribute to the rich tradition of Peruvian cocktail making.

PERUVIAN GARDEN

▪️60 ml pisco acholado

▪️15 ml @sanzcocktails white chocolate syrup

▪️7.5 ml @sanzcocktails elderflower syrup

▪️30 ml lemon

HOW TO MAKE IT:

▪️ Shake all the ingredients in the glass with ice.

▪️Double strain into a glass cooled beforehand, full of ice.

▪️Finish with lavender perfume.

 

 

 

5. Kaketeru Sake – An Oriental touch

We conclude our journey in Japan with “Kaketeru Sake”. This creation combines sake, Manzanilla Pasada wine, Lillet Blanc, Umeshu liqueur and a touch of ginger and chilli. With orange peel as a garnish, this cocktail is a celebration of the subtlety and complexity of Japanese flavours.

KAKETERU SAKE

◽30 ml sake

◽30 ml Manzanilla Pasada wine

◽15 ml Lillet Blanc

◽15 ml Umeshu liqueur

◽1 dash of Angostura bitters

◽2.5 ml  @sanzcocktails ginger and chilli syrup @sanzcocktails

HOW TO MAKE IT:

◽ Shake all the ingredients in a mixing glass

◽Strain into a Nick & Nora glass cooled beforehand

◽Decorate it with orange peel
