5 cocktail recipes with beer

Cocktails that blend the best of fermentation and beer. Amazing recipes for the curious and beer enthusiasts!:

 

WILDBERRY STOUT LEMONADE

2 oz Rye whiskey

3/4 oz lemon juice

3/4 oz @sanzcocktails fruits of the forest purée  

1/2 oz @sanzcocktails Blackcurrant syrup  

Top off with imperial stout

HOW TO PREPARE:

Shake all the ingredients with ice, except beer. Double strain in a highball glass over ice and top off with beer. Stir.

EL DESPERTAR

1 1/2 oz Tequila Jalisco Reposado 100% Blue Agave

1/2 oz Ginmare

1/8 oz Chartreuse

3/4 oz lemon juice

1/8 oz @Sanzcocktails orgeat syrup  

3/4 oz homemade toasted wheat beer syrup

Herbal bitters

Top off with toasted wheat beer

HOW TO PREPARE:

Shake all the ingredients except beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain into a glass smoked beforehand with smoke from mesquite and malted barley.

STOUTBERRY

30 ml rum

30 ml bourbon

15 ml @sanzcocktails vanilla syrup  

1 barspoon @Sanzcocktails white chocolate syrup  

22.5 ml lemon juice

22.5 ml Stout beer

2 drops of Angostura bitters

1 barspoon of green Chartreuse

HOW TO PREPARE:

Gently shake all the ingredients with ice. Double strain into a cup that has been cooled beforehand.

STRATHSPEY HIGHBALL

2 oz single malt whisky

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz @Sanzcocktails passion fruit syrup  

1 barspoon of yuzu

3 drops of orange bitters

Top off with pale ale beer

HOW TO PREPARE:

Shake all the ingredients with ice, except beer. Strain into a highball glass packed with ice and top off with beer.

STRAWBERRY FIELDS

45 ml gin

15 ml Blood Orange Cointreau

5 ml bergamot liqueur

30 ml lemon juice

20 ml @sanzcocktails lemon syrup  

  Top off with raspberry lambic beer

1 sprig of rosemary

HOW TO PREPARE:

Crush the rosemary in the cocktail shaker glass with the gin. Add the other ingredients except for the beer and shake with ice. Double strain in the highball glass with ice and top off with beer.
