The coffee still takes centre stage, but it now shares the spotlight with something juicier.
Wild Berry Espresso Martini
A well-balanced cocktail with the perfect harmony of sweetness, acidity, and the natural bitterness of espresso.
Glass type: Cocktail
Method: Shaken
Ingredients:
  • 45 ml vanilla vodka
  • 30 ml freshly brewed espresso
  • 22.5 ml Nordpol coffee liqueur
  • 15 ml forest fruit purée @sanzcocktails
  • 15 ml sugar syrup @sanzcocktails
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker until well chilled.
Double strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a fine dusting of raspberry powder on top of the espresso foam.
What Makes It Special?
This cocktail is a perfect example of how small changes can make a big difference.
