For those days when you don’t fancy a traditional cocktail but crave a special, spicy pre-holiday experience, this Fast Track is just what you need! 😝🔥 Get ready for a flavour journey that will make you say, “What on earth is this?” from start to finish.

🍸 Fast Track – Because Spiced Experiences Are Also Cool
Glass type: Old Fashioned (if you want to do it in style, you know)
Method: Shake and double strain (for a flawless finish)

Ingredients:
15 ml Gin (classics never fail)
15 ml Oloroso (a touch of depth — who said it can’t be special?)
15 ml Campari (the perfect bitter blend you need)
22.5 ml lemon juice (acid is the key to balance)
15 ml sugar syrup @sanzcocktails
7.5 ml orgeat syrup @sanzcocktails (a hint of almond that makes it unique)
15 ml wild berry purée @sanzcocktails Purefruit
1 teaspoon Sichuan pepper (yes, pepper. Prepare for the unexpected)

🔥 How to prepare:
Crush the Sichuan pepper in a mortar (let it unleash all its spicy power).
Shake all ingredients with ice in a Boston shaker (make sure everything is perfectly mixed).
Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice (we know you like it neat).
Garnish with red berries (because presentation matters too).
