Jarabes/Purés utilizados

• Orgeat

Ingredientes

• 1 1/2 oz mezcal
• 1/4 oz absenta
• 1 oz zumo de limón
• 1 oz sirope de orgerat Sanz
• 1 oz clara de huevo
• 2 golpes de Peychaud bitter
• Top con espuma de camomila

Preparación

Batir todos los ingredientes con hielo y colar doble en un vaso con hielo, terminar con la espuma

Jarabes/Purés utilizados

• Orgeat

Ingredientes

• 1 1/2 oz mezcal
• 1/4 oz absinth
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz Sanz orgeat syrup
• 1 oz egg white
• 2 dashes of Peychaud bitter
• Top with camomile foam

Preparación

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. Top with the foam.
