Ginger & Chili

A native of South East Asia, India and China, ginger was one of the first spices to be imported from the Middle East, coming to Europe in the spice trade, being used by the ancient Greeks and Romans.
We had never found so much flavour in a root, ginger combines a touch of lemon, that which comes from the ground ecological ginger and the spiciness of the chilli pepper.
