• Smoked Brown Sugar cane

Ingredients

• 60 ml @sanzcocktails Purefruit pineapple
• 30 ml lemon juice
• 15 ml smoked sugar cane @sanzcocktails
• Top Ginger beer"

How to mix

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice except the ginger beer. Double strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Add the ginger beer and gently integrate.
