Mojito de fresa,jengibre&guindilla
Jarabes/Purés utilizados
Ingredientes
- 2 oz white rhum
- 1 oz Sanz strawberry puree
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz Sanz ginger and chilli syrup
- 7/8 mint leaves
- Soda water
Preparación
Lightly muddle mint (just to bruise), with the lime juice in the base of glass. Add the rhum, strawberry puree and ginger & chilli syrup, fill the glass with crushed ice and stir. Fill the glass with more crushed ice and stir some more, top with soda, gently stir one more time and garnish
