Jarabes/Purés utilizados

• Maracuyá

Ingredientes

• 2 oz single malt Whisky
• 3/4 oz zumo de limón fresco
• 1/2 sirope de maracuyá Sanz
• 1 barspoon yuzu
• 3 gotas de bitter de naranja
• top de cerveza pale ale

Preparación

Batir todos los ingredientes con hielo excpeto la cerveza, colar en un vaso highball lleno de hielo y completar con la cerveza

Jarabes/Purés utilizados

• Passion Fruit

Ingredientes

• 2 oz single malt Whisky
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 Sanz maracuyá syrup
• 1 barspoon yuzu
• 3 drops orange bitters
• top with pale ale beer

Preparación

Shake all ingredients with ice except the beer, fine strain into highball glass filled with ice, top with the beer
