• Melocotón

Ingredientes

• 2 oz Whiskey Rye
• 1/2 oz jarabe de melocotón Sanz
• 6 hojas de hierbabuena

Preparación

Presionar ligeramente la hierbabuena con el azúcar de melocotón en el fondo del vaso. Agregar 1 oz de Whiskey Rye y hielo pilé, remover. Agregar 1 oz mas de Whiskey Rye y mas hielo pilé y remover, agregar más hielo pilé decorar

Jarabes/Purés utilizados

• Peach

Ingredientes

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Sanz peach syrup
• 6 mint leaves

Preparación

Lightly muddle the mint leaves and peach syrup in the base of the glass. Add 1 oz of Rye Whiskey, crushed ice and stir. Add another 1 oz of Rye Whiskey, more crushed ice and stir, add more crushed ice and garnish
